By visiting thaimingles.com or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We'll update this page as the product moves from waitlist to a full app — check back before the app itself launches.
2. Eligibility
Thai Mingles is a dating service intended for people aged 18 and over. By joining the waitlist or contacting us, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.
3. The waitlist & pre-launch site
Right now, this site only collects an email address for the waitlist and any details you submit through the contact form. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or any particular feature set. The app itself, once launched, will have its own terms covering accounts, matching, messaging, and subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to access data that isn't yours, disrupt the service, or send spam through the contact form. We may remove waitlist entries or block access for abuse.
5. Intellectual property
The Thai Mingles name, logo, and site content belong to Thai Mingles. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission.
6. No warranty
This site and the waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're a small team building this in public — things may change, break, or move as we get ready to launch.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Thai Mingles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops, especially around the full app launch. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
9. Governing law
Thai Mingles operates out of Thailand, and these terms are governed by Thai law.
